Wonderful Whales
I have the best memories of that day - we waited patiently and hopefully to catch a glimpse of some humpback whales. Near the end of the outing, they appeared. And, we were transported into their world for a brief period of time. As our outing drew to a close, it was as if these gentle giants knew - a final wave of a fluke and good-bye.
Another preschool year has come to a close and we have said our good-byes. Despite the uncertainty of the outside world this year, the familiarity of preschool routines still carried on within the walls of our little classroom. I’ll miss those precious ones who brought joy and laughter each morning in their appreciation and excitement for the simple things. I love being both a teacher and “student” of these children!
